-Approx 8 by 12 feet with closet recess and second floor view onto rear garden.
-Lease until end of April 2022 (12 month lease available thereafter if interested)
-Start Date flexible.
-Utilities and internet not included.
-Furnished living room, dining room, storage and laundry available in basement. Oven, toaster, rice cooker, 2 microwaves, 2 fridges in kitchen.
-Bus routes to university/downtown/mall, or 8 minute walk to mall. Several parks within short walking distance.
-No pets.
About the roomies
Roommates are 3 quiet, friendly young professionals in our mid-twenties. Would describe cleanliness as moderately important. Not big partiers, we like board games, video games, and movies. Two of us are non-cis. Queer-friendly attitude is a must.
