Up for rent is a furnished suite in the heart of Garneau. 12 minute walk to U of A, fewer than 10 minute walk to Whyte Ave.
Room comes fully furnished with a Twin XL bed, night stand, lamp, storage ottoman, desk, and gaming/office chair. Also includes a full closet and a fan for those warm days.
House is fully loaded with an all-stainless kitchen, dishwasher, lots of utensils, cookware, and plates. Full living room with 55“ TV, couches, and relaxation area.
Rent includes all utilities plus wifi. Parking available at $75/month.
About the roomies
I’m the owner and will be living here. I’m a 33 year old government worker who’s quiet, friendly, and working downtown. As it’s my home, I’ll be keeping our space maintained to a high standard.
I don’t have crazy parties, stupid hijinks, pet tigers, etc.
