About the room

Large apartment in Parkdale, right on Queen St W (M6K 1L9). Walking distance from groceries, stores, restaurants, LCBO, and public transit. Literally all right there as soon as you step out of the front door.

The apartment is a decently sized 2 bedroom with really tall ceilings, large living room, and a massive patio out back. Lots of communal space I’m more than happy to share. All utilities are included. The place would be shared with me and my cat. I work 9-5 from an office so it would very easy for someone who works from home.

I’m 27M working full time 9-5, I have a really chill cat who shares the apartment as well. I’m usually gone during the day. Most weekends I like to go out but definitely enjoy spending some time at home hanging out during the week.
