Golis Bay

This is a private spacy bedroom on the first floor. Kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared with another bedroom on the same floor. One garage parking and WIFI is included. Laundry is in the house, so not cost for laundry. A queen size bed frame, mattress and study desk, chair will be provided free. Sofa, dish washer, printer, expresso coffee maker, dinning ware, dining table and chairs are already included. The community is super safe and quiet. It is a ten-year-old house, everything is in a very good shape. It is 650 per month. Utility will be calculated separately. House rules: • Be quiet after 10PM • No smoking • Drunk is strictly prohibited (limited drink is allowed) • No party • Keep the shared area clean and tidy after cooking and meal. • No pets
