Welcome to our fern filled, community oriented space! And it is YOUR lucky day because I am looking for somebody to sublet my room from January - May/June (flexible) About the space: • 1 bathroom (with bath) • 1 washing machine • HUGE terrasse and roof top access • Shared kitchen and living room • Right near the Atwater market (3 minute walk) • 3 minutes from both Lionel Groulx and St-Henri metro stations • Super close to tons of tasty restaurants and cool cafes/stores, the Lachine canal for wintertime walks and runs! • Space is shared with 2 awesome roommates and 3 cute cats who will cuddle you if you let them (as seen in pictures) The price of the room ($450) does not include internet or heating, which varies in the winter

You will be living with Emma and Ellie for the duration of the sublet. Emma is a vegan, environmentally friendly student who loves cats, cooking and music (she sings and plays guitar, is a great person to jam with). Ellie works at an urban beekeeping company, loves to cook and eat, does acro-yoga and many other sports. Both are very into community vibes at home, where food can be shared and time can be spent with one another. All while respecting one another’s space, of course!
