Choice from two bedrooms: 9 ft x 12 ft room plus closet and private bathroom, upstairs 9 ft x 11 ft room plus closet, on main floor Room is furnished minus a bed, feel free to BYOB (bed), or one can be purchased for you. All other parts of the house are shared living spaces including kitchen, living room, laundry room, etc.. House also features a large rec room area in the basement with pool table and projector, and a music studio upstairs, feel free to use both.

Preferably looking for a young professional or student, no gender preference.

Must be respectful of property and clean up after yourself. Must provide proof of income and rental references (or character reference and/or have a guarantor).
