👉 Looking for ONE roommate to share rent with me who is double vaccinated, non smoker/vaper/pot user, respectful, responsible, tidy and friendly, but respects privacy as well. Looking also for a longer-term roommate, someone who has a similar schedule that works out of the home during the day and not a partier/heavy drinker; respecting 10pm quiet hours especially during the work week.

New laminate flooring. If you have a couch—that can be accommodated vs me purchasing as I am just moving in without one yet. Rent includes electric and gas. Wifi is shared. Half months deposit + half of wifi with months rent upon signing roommate agreement. Personal and professional references required.
