Our house is in a very nice, clean neighborhood, situated at the top of the Queen’s Mountain Access. MOHAWK COLLEGE is less than 10 minutes away by foot, and it’s a 10 minute drive to MCMASTER UNIVERSITY. The backyard is large and completely fenced in, suitable for pets. There are planters available to those who enjoy gardening, and a barbeque available for use. The property is taken care of and any snow/leaf removal is handled in a timely manner by paid professionals. On the main floor of our home, we have two separate living spaces. The front living room has a projector screen and comfy couches, perfect for a roomie game/movie night. The other living room facing the backyard features skylights and a beautiful fireplace. In this living room there are instruments including a piano that are available for you to use. Also on the main floor, situated between both living spaces, is a large kitchen. The kitchen has two separate large sinks, as well as an electric stove and two fridges. There is plenty of Cabinet space if you would like to bring in your own dishes/cookware, but it is not necessary as there are communal cupboards with everything you need. There are also shared smaller appliances such as a microwave, toaster, and air fryer. The laundry room is also on the main floor and has a brand new washer and dryer. There are also a multitude of different cleaning appliances such as steamers, an iron/ironing board, vacuums, mops, and brooms. The house has 5 bedrooms with a max of 1 roomie per room. 4 bedrooms are upstairs, two of which have en-suites. The two smaller rooms upstairs share a bathroom (the tub/shower is shared with the main floor room as well). All rooms are unfurnished but I can provide some furniture if needed.

Hii! There are currently four of us in the house and one last room available. Between the four of us, we have two dogs and two cats so if you like animals that’s a bonus! My name is Bee, I’m 22 and I manage the house. My pup is a senior Siberian Husky named Lexi who is very well mannered as she is a retired service dog. She is super friendly, loves people, but also enjoys her alone time and naps, so she usually stays by my side or in my room. Once she gets to know you, she will look forward to you coming home and ask to leave my room to go greet you when she hears the front door open. There’s also two cats who roam the house. Mango is super friendly and cuddly, Rigatoni likes her space a bit more but is still friendly and will come up to you to check you out. My roomie Kitty also has a dog who is a golden lab named Rudy. He’s a service dog in training and assists her as she goes to her classes at Mohawk. We are all female students in our 20s and are looking for more female students around our age range to share our home with. I work from home with occasional office visits that are fairly far away as well as I love to travel so I am not always around, but I am only a message away at all times. We have a discord server which is our main form of communication between roomies. It allows us to vote on topics, plan house meetings if needed, and have reminders set for things like garbage day.
