Emma & Bailey's room

Our place is a main/upper floor of a split level house in East Van. We are close to the Nanaimo Skytrain station on the Expo line, a quick train ride to downtown. Close to 33, 20, and 25 bus lines (25 goes straight to UBC). There is free street parking available if you have a car. 15 minute walk to Trout Lake, a 7 minute drive to Commercial Drive. A T&T, liquor store, Dollarstore, and Shoppers all 5 minute walk away.

Emma (she/her/hers): 24, French immersion kindergarten teacher, Virgo, easygoing and kind, love to go on walks and explore, love to laugh and I’m a big foodie 🍕 (as in I like to eat and try new foods 😋)

Bailey (she/her/hers): 25, high school youth worker, Capricorn, kind and organized, loves to do yoga, meditate, and read.

Both of us are out of the house on weekdays. Ideally, we would like someone who is also a full-time professional or student. We are really good friends, so our house is very cozy and communal—we like to share groceries and spend time together. We like cooking together and going for walks, watching movies, and sometimes having people over and going out. :)
