My roomie is moving out at end of April. I am seeking a mature person to take over the lease for two months with the possibility of an extension. The room for rent is the master with a large jetted tub/, private bath, room has n amazing view of the 32nd floor. The place is fully furnished with high-end leather couches, a full kitchen with an air fryer, and a shared space is the kitchen, den, balcony, and laundry in the suite. The layout is ideal as my room is on the other side of the apartment, with a separate bath. The building has a gym, pool, sauna, and hot tub. Front desk worker and many other amenities. Rent includes everything and the space is LGBTQ+ friendly. This is a month-to-month lease. May 1st. No parking as we have it rented out. But parking is available. No couples, single occupancy only.
