Located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. 🚶Walking distance to Leslie Subway station, IKEA, North York General Hospital. 🚍 Take only 1 bus 85 to Sheppard Yonge station, Don Mills, Fairview mall, T&T, Bayview Village Shopping Centre, etc. Bus 51 to Eglinton Station.

Looking for a mature, clean and quiet female housemate available to move in after June. We will be sharing the shower room and kitchen with one girl most of the time.
(Just a heads-up: my dad might be visiting in fall and staying for a month or two in town — just want to make sure you’re cool with having a man around the house during that time.)

First and last month’s rent deposit.

Room has been furnished with bed, chair and desk, if you plan to bring your own mattress, it only works with double size.
