This layout is quite spacious and should be a very comfortable living situation. Common space will be partially furnished but could have space for some of your items if you have furniture. Your bedroom will be unfurnished though.

Hey, I’m Riley, originally from out west. I’m usually pretty focused on work and projects but have lots of interesting hobbies and pursuits during my free time (skiing, mountain biking, sewing). I’m clean but I do have lots of stuff (sporting and hobby equipment). I’m a big proponent of keeping kitchen and common areas clean though. I don’t smoke (don’t mind if people smoke cannabis, just not in the house). I do enjoy some drinks every now and then with friends but I’m pretty covid conscious, triple vax’d and looking for a roommate who is as well. Don’t have a dog but love them. I’m pretty independent but do enjoy a healthy balance of some quality socializing with a good roommate and alone time.
