You would have: -1 bedroom with walk in closet and share a full washroom with 1 person only -Laundry onsite (main floor) -Your own living room/dining room -Full use of backyard/shared with us - Huge basement for storage -1 parking space -Use of small gym room -Shared Kitchen $900 plus 1/3 utilities -You could have a 2nd bedroom with walk in closet for your office etc. For $1100 plus 1/3 utilities

Looking for 1 person only. No pets. Flexible with move in date but ideally looking for Feb 1st or Mar 1st, 2022

About me: I’m a 42 year old female. Pretty quiet and laid back. Not a partier but I have a few drinks occasionally. I smoke cigarettes but outside only. Working from home right now. Other roommate is 47 year old male, easy going, smokes cigarettes outside only.
