Available June 30thHere you have a small but cosy apartment. I live in a huge house that was divided into apartments. Even though this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of light, both the living room and the room in question have windows. The house is a few steps to St. George and/or Spadina subways station and U of T Campus. Location is great, there is everything you may need for a comfortable and happy living: grocery stores, coffee shops, yummy bakery and restaurants, etc.

More importantly, since the apartment’s size is for two people and I am sleeping in the living room area on a futon, I’m seeking a male roommate with the following characteristics: respectful, educated, happy, clean and neat, just to mention some but I’m sure you have more to offer.

Finally, I believe that sharing my apartment with a roommate goes beyond sharing a space; it is sharing our present, culture and perhaps the beginning of a friendship.

I am interesting, fun, respectful, creative, ESL Teacher, U of T student and easy to get along with.
