Shared townhouse for the nonpartier , responsible , clean ,mature individual who likes lil fur babies as I’m fortunate enough to have a lil long haired chihuahua, so full of love, she will run to greet you when you come home . If you don’t like dogs do not answer this ad ! Carpeted Furnished medium size room. Shared kitchen , living room , whole house really . Bbq to use at your leisure …All bedding & towels included . You’re not just renting a room, you will be sharing a townhouse ! I would like to live with a person who is pleasant & cheerful ,orderly and above all who is respectful ,trust worthy & clean. Would enjoy sharing a cocktail or two periodically with you . All bills included , wifi , internet, heat, hydro etc. Tv in room & in living room . Always clean up after yourself !!!
