My current roommate of 6 years has decided to move on and am looking for a new roommate as of April 1st 2022.
The complex is run by Broadstreet properties and is located in sage creek so tons of shops around and major roads.
The $700 includes the hydro, internet and a parking spot so if no car the rent would be reduced by $50.
I do have a medium sized dog who is super sweet and loves all people as well!
About the roomies
I am a 30 year old gay man so am open to having any gender of roommate. My dog Dandy is a huge part of my life and is absolutely incredible.
