Amenities include a large bedroom with large windows, a private bathroom, 1 parking space, full kitchen, washer & and dryer, and Wifi. Rent is $700 plus 1/3 of Wifi and 1/3 of power which combined is approximately $740 total a month.

All rooms in the house are already furnished, only the bedroom will require furniture. Available immediately.

I will be moving out soon to relocate to a different province, therefore I am looking for a sublet to live with my two Dalhousie student, Christian, male roommates.
