1 Bedroom for rent in 4 bedroom house. $750. [Students].
Location: Very close to UofA, Whyte Ave, Bus Stop, Groceries.
About the room: Single bedroom in 4 bedroom house. This room has its own walk in closet, Ensuite bathroom with stand up shower and separate bath, 2 standard closets, and lots of room for furniture, and whatnot.
About the building: 4 bedroom house. 2 fridges, washer and dryer for laundry, large shared kitchen, large dining and living room space.
The fine print: I am subletting this place from ~now~ until August 31. The photos of the room with furniture are from the landlords, and not the current furniture, however, the room layout is generally the same. Rent is normally $800/month but I am willing to cover $50 since I urgently need to move for the spring/summer. Utilities are included in this cost, except for internet, which will have to be discussed between tenants. I am willing to help in this process. The room does not come furnished, but I do have a great study desk that I am willing to leave until August, as long as it is treated with care. I’d like to ask for a $250 deposit to ensure the space is treated with care. This will be returned to you when you move out.
