1 unfurnished bedroom available in a 4 bedroom apartment as of May 1st. The lease is for 1 year. Tenants insurance and a co-signer (if you don’t have a full time job) are necessary. There is only one bathroom so single occupancy for the room. Large kitchen and living room as well as lots of natural light. Very close to Dalhousie, Quinpool road and Atlantic superstore. A short bus ride to other universities like SMU and NSCAD. Everything but power and wifi are included in the rent. Together those cost at most an extra $50 each per month. One parking spot left out back for free and off the street. There are three cats here currently. If you have a cat that is friendly and likes other cats we can try to see if the cats will get along. Preferred for female university students as we are all in university. My name is Emmy, my pronouns are she/her/hers, I am 20 years old and I am taking my BSc at Dalhousie. I’m relatively introverted but very friendly and open! My cats name is Milo and he is very sweet and playful. One of my roommates names is Mikey, their pronouns are they/them/theirs. They are 21 years old and going to NSCAD. They are super fun to be around and very open! Their cat Garbanzo is a sweet little man who likes to hang out. My other roommates name is Kyanna, her pronouns are she/her/hers. She is 21 and goes to Saint Mary’s for psychology. She is very sweet and friendly! Her cat Minou is not a cuddler but will watch from a distance.
