I am renting the master bedroom of my townhouse located in Charlottetown. House is brand new and the room is fully furnished. Walking distance to the bus stop and few minutes away from Charlottetown mall, University and stores. Rent includes everything ( attached bathroom, wifi, hot water, heat, parking, laundry, shared kitchen).

I work full time but on maternity leave right now. I am moving out with my baby and husband thus renting the room we were living in. Tenant will be living with my parents who are retired. They are very nice, kind people. They spend the day reading books, watching tv, baking and cooking together. The house has always been a very quiet place and we like it to be that way.
