Subletting a room downtown in an all-girl 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2200sqft apartment beginning June 1st 2022. Located in the Annex- we are a 2 minute walk from Spadina and Bathurst station, and a 5 minute walk from Metro. Rent is $750/month + utilities. Lease ends September 1st with the opportunity to resign. There is an onsite washer and dryer as well as a rooftop patio looking over the city!

We are 4 21-year-old students (all girls) at Ryerson, York, and George Brown. We are all studious but love to hangout together and enjoy going out and wine + movie nights. We’re looking for (preferably) a student as well who doubles as a roomie and friend! We are all clean and social and looking for someone who is the same!
