The room has access to your own bathroom as the other room has an ensuite. The rent is $1,400 a month plus electricity and internet, so around $850-900 per month. There are perks included in the condo including an outdoor terrace with shared bbq’s, a rentable common room and a gym. Condo includes all appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer).
