The apartment is the first floor (middle apartment) of 3 separate apartments and includes on site laundry, and 1 shared bathroom/kitchen/living room. 2 Parking spots are available per unit. Apartment furnished, however the bedrooms for lease are not. Rent is $520 per month and our Wi-Fi plan would cost an additional $30/per month payment for Wi-Fi is mandatory.
