About the room
Freshly renovated 5 bedroom house with a great backyard + deck. Brand new laundry units on the main floor! Bus stop that takes students directly to both universities is directly in front of the house. Amazing central location, 7-10min to downtown and 5-7min to local grocery stores.
Rooms are rented out by themselves with a few common spaces that the house will share. Kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms are common to all.
There are three bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs (one is mine). I currently have a roommate downstairs and upstairs plus myself, so there are two rooms for rent on the main floor (pictures of them above). They both share a bathroom (picture above).

My name is Koen, I am a first year student at MacEwan studying general science :) I am a full time student but love to enjoy free time hanging with friends, watching movies, snowboarding and much more. I am a super laid back person who is looking for roommates!
The other person who is living with us until July is going to NAIT to become a butcher. He is super friendly and clean and loves to hangout and play board games etc.
Last but not least we have one more person living with us who is an apprentice electrician who works Monday to Friday 8 hours a day! Also loves to hangout with everyone and is super easy going.
