Updated Feb 2 Furnished room March 1st to August 9th with shared bathroom and kitchen. (the 9 days in August are free)

You can move in with just your suitcase and use all my stuff in the bedroom and kitchen if you want me to leave it for you.

I am offering this for lower than market value because it is for a short time, and I want to select a nice guy who will be considerate of the other housemates.

It is a private room including all utilities, locking door, clean bedding, fast wifi, free laundry, free bike to use and designated personal areas in kitchen, bathrooms, storage and entrance.

The room is about 120ft². All the stuff on the shelves can be removed if it is not useful to you, but some of the tools and other things could be handy for you if you want. It is on the second floor, and the large window looks out on the green space behind the house.  Your designated areas outside the room can be seen in the pictures with the label “joe” and/or “new guy” :)

We are in the north end of Richmond about 20 minutes or less walking distance to Costco and the sky train. About a 5 minute walk to the dollar store, restaurants, and grocery store. Close to the corner of Number 4 road, and Bridgeport. You can enter 3200 Saint Edwards Drive to check Google Maps, because that is very close to us.

The kitchen is very large and has lots of cupboard space.

You will share a fridge and 2 freezers with 2 other guys. The other three guys have their own fridge and freezer to share. The kitchen is ready for you to use with pots, dishes and spices.

One guy has his own bathroom, and you and the other 4 guys share 2 bathrooms.

Parking in the driveway, or on the street.

The property looks back on a green space which is quite pleasant.

The more information you provide about yourself, the greater your likelihood of being selected to come and look.

I plan to monitor the ad very closely and take it down as soon as someone has been selected, so if it is still up, you can assume that I still want to hear from you.

I will want to know very detailed information about you, and your background, along with permission to contact your previous landlords, roommates, and employers, or school registrars.

Please provide as much of this information as you are comfortable with in the initial message, because it will increase your chances of being selected to come and view the place. I prefer to reply by phone rather than over messenger or email, so please include your phone number. I realize that nobody has a Perfect background, but providing the information for me to assess your background, and choose the best guy for the house is important to us. I will then send you detailed information about me, which I shared when I was looking for a room, to help you make an informed decision as well. Everyone is welcome to apply regardless of your cultural background, however we are all quite fluent in english even though we have a large variety of cultural and language backgrounds in the house :-) urdu, portuguese, nigerian english, cantonese.

We enjoy our time together without any pets, kids, couples, parties, heavy drinking, or smoking of any kind. If you are willing to join us on these conditions then please message me with details about yourself.
