Spacious bedroom on main floor! Extra storage available. Internet and hydro included. Water to be split quarterly between homeowners and tenant.
We are a five minute drive from Polo Park, grocery, and liquor stores. Also a quick bus ride to University of Winnipeg! No pets please as we already have two friendly, larger doggos of our own!
Photos are current. We are currently using this room as a guest room, optional partial furnishing available upon request, which would see the rent increase to be $700 per month.
About the roomies
Hi!
We are a young, professional couple who own a house in the Deer Lodge area. I am a teacher in rural school, and my partner is a firefighter in the city. We have two larger dogs who are energetic, very playful, and friendly! Our roommate would have to be good with dogs and a dog lover. We like to keep things fairly tidy and organized as much as possible, and are looking for a roommate who would respect and be involved in keeping the house tidy when needed! My partner has to sleep during the day at times as he works night shifts on occasion, but he tends to sleep like he’s dead so waking him up is usually a non-issue! On our days off we like to relax, tidy the house, hang out with our pups, and be social with friends and family. Since we are more social people and would be living together, we want someone who we have things in common with and can have a friend or friendly relationship with!
