Reason: Looking to share the apartment with one another person. So only 2 (including you) will be in the apartment.

Apartment: 111 Davisville avenue, It is a 1 bhk apartment with a bedroom and living room/bedroom (Basically side by side rooms) - check the layout plan in the photos for clear view. I donot want to be misleading.

living room doesnt have a door but only a doorway to access it, so you will have exclusice access and noone will use it. It is the largest room in the apartment. 16 x 11 feet. Check the layout plan in the photos.

I am looking for only a person (Male) who wants to use the living room.

Total people in the apartment: 2 (including you), basically you and me.

Furnished : not furnished. Utilities: heat and water are included in the rent. Hydro and wifi are extra (we will be sharing the bills) (Wifi will be unlimited since iam working from home and into IT Field, should cost around 30 cad each) Availble from : feb 26, 2022 Condition of apartment: will be repainted and cleaned before handing it over to us on feb 26.

Commute: 3 mins walk to subway - davisville subway station. Bus stop in front of the building as well.

Location: 111 Davisville avenue. Dollarama, metro, valuemart, canadian tire are all walkable. Basically yonge street is a 3 mins walk away, downtown about 20 mins away by subway

Safety: Well established residential area opposite to a school. Have Key lobs and buzz code for the apartment.

Total People including you will be 2.

About you: Can keep the shared spaces (bathroom and kitchen) clean. No smoking, vaping or drinking in the apartment. (Basically the air ducts are connected). Expect you to be mature and not lazy in your cleaning duties, other than that I wont bug you. Communicate clearly. ( We can see our convenience and come up with a cleaning plan for the shared spaces) - I am not ocd level of cleanliness but not garbage level of untidyness either.

Basically looking for a good and mature friend to share a space with.

I like to sit and chat to get to know you if you want, but if you want privacy, i am ok with it as well. Basically living with roomates for more than 5 years always love to have people around.
