The area is great neighbours are friendly and we all know each other. Right beside Is a field and Hyde creek trails. Landlords are easy going and treat me like family. The place itself is a bit outdated and need some renos which probably won’t happen. But it’s a decent size place for the price. I think around 750 square feet. It’s a two bedroom. The bedroom that would be rented out is kind of like a den it has sliding doors but it’s an ok size and has a big window! If you need more storage out of the room we can figure something out that you can put in the dining/ living area. And the bathroom is shared with me. Cons is it’s a very tiny shower and bathroom but it does the job. The heat isn’t great here either it gets pretty cold but just get a little heater for the room and you’re set. It’s nice in the summer.

About me! I’m a 21 year old female. I work full time at save on as a manager so I’m gone until 6 or 7 everyday and I’m off Thursday fridays. I’m very easy going and enjoy my time to myself but also like making friends with the people I live with so I have to meet you to make sure you’ll be a good fit. I’m very quiet and I like it that way so I would need someone who is also respectable. No smoking or pets or friends over at all. The rent is 700$ plus utilities which run about 80 to 100$ in winter and I think 50 in summer and we would split that. If you have any other questions let me know!
