Flex room (3rd bedroom) is currently a shared space on upper level that is being used as an office. I’ve a desk in the living room at the moment.

About myself: I work in financial services and I am currently WFH due to COVID-19 restrictions. My hours during the winter are long so it would be ideal to maintain a space that is respectful of such. On the weekends, I am generally out in the mountains to bike or ski.
