I rent a brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Welland, and I’d like to explore the option of sharing my space. You would have your own bathroom, and even your own fridge. There is a good sized unfinished basement that’s used for storage, and the living room is already furnished. Utilities included!

I’m a 23 year old male who works in the trades. I work the night shift with long hours, so I’m not home much. I’m fairly quiet, but I do occasionally have friends over on the weekends. I get along well with people! I have lived with many roomates in the past, and I find that respect and boundaries are very important. I like to keep the house clean, and while I don’t mind cigarettes/cannabis, it must be done outside. Illegal drugs of any kind are not welcome.
