About the room
Our apartment is fully furnished (5 bed, 2 baths), so the room comes with a desk, bed, 2 small dressers, and 3 storage drawers underneath the bed. The closet is practically a walk in closet as well. I’m looking for a sublet from June 1st-August 31st 2022, so I have an AC machine that can go into the room once it becomes really hot. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, and rent is around 680$ with hydro and wifi.
About the roomies
There are 5 of us total, and we are all 2nd year students from Concordia (19-20 years old). We are all very friendly, love to meet new people, cook meals together on Fridays, and have wine nights. We have a roommate in Visual Arts BA, Art History BA, and Child Studies BA.
