looking to rent out my separate basement apartment. Whole basement was recently renovated.

Apartment includes the following:

-pretty much your own separate 1 bedroom apartment besides, shared kitchen and laundry( temporary)

• Large windows( basement is bilevel, so only 4 feet underground. loads of natural light and loads of windows)
• Own private entrance through the back yard
• own separate washroom
• Own living room
• Would be a shared kitchen, but there are hookups in the basement for potential own kitchen. Could definitely look at getting your own fridge and food storage in the basement
• Large driveway where you could park
• Wi-fi 50% of utilities included
• Access to a large back yard with firepit etc

Work for the government. I work shift work and work a variety of shifts from nights, days, evenings etc. I do not party, generally live a pretty quiet life. Potentially require a criminal record check( I’m sure you can figure out what I do for work at this point)Into hiking, fitness, camping, guitar etc. Extremely laid back, but definitely take my career seriously and am looking for someone who would respect that.

Currently have a home gym in the basement, but will move to the front room. Could utilize it if wanted.

Have a cat and dog that are extremely chill, would probably just want to spend time with you. Doesn’t have to be that way though as the basement is totally separate.

Only 40 minutes to Lethbridge, great little quiet neighborhood. Town has everything you need.
