Lease takeover from Mar 1st or Mar 15th until Sep 30, 2022. We can negotiate move-in date if desired.

There are two rooms and bathroom available in a 3 bedroom and 2 bath lane house. Only one roommate is staying. I’m currently using the third bedroom as an office. The two available rooms are upstairs with their own bathroom. The other bedroom (with the remaining tenant) and 2nd bathroom are downstairs with the living room and kitchen. There’s also a covered patio outside. 5 min walk to Joyce-Collingwood station.

Rent is $1395 per month for one person. $1660 for two people. $1860 for three people.

Electricity and internet are not included in the price.

The roommate will be Kevin. He’s an easy-going guy, likes mountain biking and skiing. Likes to cook. Works as an accountant.
