Seeking roommate for the master bedroom in huge, bright and beautiful 7 1/2 apartment.

It’s a big place with three bedrooms.The apartment is fully furnished. There’s a super comfortable queen sized bed in the available bedroom. Bedding and towels can be provided if you don’t have your own. The bedroom is available from 1st April.

The apartment has a perfect Plateau location. The apartment is on a peaceful stretch of St Hubert, just around the corner from metro Mount Royal. There’s a great laundromat just a hop away on Marie-Anne. Cafes, restaurants, grocery stores galore on St Denis and Ave Mt Royal. A super Montreal pied a terre! The $700/month covers all costs (rent, electricity, gas, and 50 Mbps WiFi).

All the common rooms are large, with high ceilings, and beautiful wood floors. Tasteful dark blue tiles on the bathroom floor and earthy sienna tiles in the kitchen. Lots of windows, makes for lots of natural light and positive energy in the daytime. Classic moldings and columns give the apartment an elegant feel. There’s lots of artwork, plants and a grand piano, so the place has lot’s of warmth and charm. We are easy going roommates, busy with work and socializing outside of the apartment.

We are a couple of really easy going guys who love life; a graphic designer and a musician. We often share meals and also know how to not crowd all the space, so things flow well here and folks can do their own thing. We are not interested in making rules or getting on anyone’s case.
