Two bedroom apartment on the main floor or an old character home. On the outskirts of Cook st village, twenty minute walk to downtown. Lots of natural lighting. Minimum 12 month lease preferred- coin laundry down the hall. Bright spacious bedroom with two big closets. Small storage room that we share in the basement, place to store your bicycle. Rent does not include hydro and we would split each month approximately $60-80 each

I am a young working professional, who likes adventuring and playing sports on weekends. I enjoy hanging out with friends as well as decompressing from the week at home.
