There are three floors with all bedrooms on the top floor and the basement is unfinished and has storage space. One full bathroom upstairs and a half bath on the main floor. The backyard is fenced and there is uncovered parking spaces in the back and street parking in front. Internet is $30 per person per month and utilities typically come to around 100 per person per month, utilities are variable month to month.

Hello! I am Kelsy, I am 29 and am a newly graduated mental health therapist working hybrid, so I do see clients virtually from my room some days. I have a 6 year old cat named Chili, he is very sweet and affectionate but a little bit spicy. Chili is okay with cat savvy dogs, ie. dogs that leave him alone. My roommate Abe is 26 and he is an engineering grad. Dogs may be considered depending on disposition and fit with the house and Chili. We are a friendly, cooperative, communicative and helpful household. We split chores evenly, keep a pretty clean home, and are respectful of one another’s space, time, and boundaries. It is important that our new roommate is around our age, respectful of our space and things, is clean, not overly loud, responsible, and lgbtq+ friendly. We are ideally looking for a young working professional or student. We are cannabis and alcohol friendly but no smoking is allowed in the house.
