Internet is $26 per person per month and utilities typically come to around 80 to 100 per person per month. Move in is immediately available with November being free.

Hello! I am Kelsy, I am 29 and am working part time from home as as an associate therapist and part time with adults with disabilities. I have a 5 year old cat named Chili, he is very sweet and affectionate and a bit spicy. Chili is okay with cat savvy dogs, and some cats. My roommate Abe is 26 and he is an engineering grad. Cats and/or dogs may be considered depending on disposition and fit with the house and Chili. We are a friendly, cooperative, communicative and helpful household. It is important that our new roommate is around our age, respectful of our space, clean, not overly loud, responsible, and lgbtq+ friendly.
