Hello, I have a private semi-furnished room available for sublet in my 3-bedroom, 1-bath Upper Level suite of a house. It’s available April 1 for $900, all utilities included. It’s available until July for short-term, month-to-month stay.

This is a really great clean and spacious suite that is quiet and is close walking-distance to Joyce and 29th Ave Skytrain stations (Zone 1). I’ve been living here for six years and the owner of the house and the tenants downstairs have all been great.

Seeking respectful, responsible, mature adult who will be working/studying out of the house during the day.

I am a 40 y/o vegetarian woman and who works from home as an online counsellor. My hobbies include yoga, playing guitar, and cooking. There would only be myself and you living in the space, as I use the 3rd bedroom as my office.
