Located at 5th street and Chesterfield ( next to the Bean on 5th cafe/Bean around the world ) Shared 2 bed, 1 bath appt on 3rd floor of 3 story building, pet friendly, unfurnished 1970’s construction. recently renovated, appt. in north van, Lower Lonsdale, private balcony (shared with yours truly via living room),with decent view of ocean and downtown. There is shared laundry in building’s basement. Parking is on street only. The Kitchen is compact. Living room is spacious. 10 min walk downhill to the sea bus. Free heat and hotwater. Radiant baseboard heating charmingly creaks and pings.

31 year old man and 1 year old dog. Moved from Victoria last month to start a new job working as site inspector on local construction site. I work 6-3 on site mon-sat. If i’m not working on a weekend i get out of town.
