Hey I have a 3 bedroom apartment and 2 of the rooms are still available it’s in the safest and homiest neighbourhood of Montreal (westmount) and if you go to McGill or Concordia it’s around 10-15 minutes away by metro :) (it’s only 1 station to Concordia and 2 to McGill). The rent is $800 per month per room with utilities and furniture included and each room is furnished with desks too so you can study/work. It’s a corner unit with sunlight at all hours of the day.
