Bright, Two level furnished suite shared with one person in the West End. Includes All utilities and wifi, off street parking (non-leaking vehicle only) with carport parking negotiable.
Room is private and quiet with double bed, end table, desk, chair, drawers, and closet.
Close to TRU and the hospital/ downtown - 5 min to bus stop or energetic 25 minute walk to university or RIH.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and stove, washer and dryer for the suite only (I have my own), bathroom with tub and shower, private keyless entry.
Note: Room is for one person only. The other room is occupied by a male who has been here over four years.
About the roomies
Current roommate is a male - quiet and tidy. He is respectful and easygoing. We expect the same!
Landlord lives upstairs in separate suite.
