One bedroom available in large 3 bedroom house with common areas (e.g. living room, dining, BBQ and kitchen) fully furnished/equipped.

Distance to Brock 5kms. House is kept really clean. Twin-size mattress available if requested.

Looking preferably for a tidy student or young professional. No smoking or weed at all indoors.

The room has its own closet and the bathroom is shared but cleaned weekly, as are the kitchen and living room.

Starting Sept 1st, 2025. First and last month’s rent required. Please provide a letter of employment or proof of enrollment in school.

Roomies work full-time are pretty easygoing and very clean. We split on cleaning supplies every 4 months or so.
