Furnished basement room* in townhouse with ensuite bathroom, gorgeous view of a golf course, as well as independent entrance. Kitchen shared on ground floor with housemates. Laundry room on site. Parking spot available at additional monthly cost. Townhouse is located a 5-minute car/bus drive from UTM, with a bus stop a 2-minute walk away.

*Furniture and decorations will not be the same - owner will remove these when they move out.

You will be sharing the unit with one or maybe two other people, including myself. I am a recent graduate of UTM currently on a gap year. At the moment, I do not know whether I will be working remotely or on site for the upcoming year. I am generally a quiet individual, but I am very friendly and approachable, and looking for some company to make home feel like home.
