The rooms can be furnished with a bed or come unfurnished.

Bedroom 1 has a walk in closet and a private bathroom and is $850.

Bedroom 2 shares a bathroom and is $750. These amounts cover all utilities but not wi-fi or snow removal.

The kitchen, living area, and laundry area will be shared between housemates.

First and last month will be required.

This home is only for females and is open to students, working professionals and mature persons. As long as you are responsible and respectful of others you this home may be open to you.
