Hello there, I have one room for rent in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt. The apt is centrally located and its a 1 min walk to the bus stop that will get you downtown and its 10 mins to MSVU. Parking can be arranged. Please use Atlantic Superstore Joesph Howe as your landmark.

The rent includes internet and hydro. It is fully furnished, so you can just bring your suitcase. In the room your will be staying you can expect a bed, work-table, an office chair, bed sheets and towel.

Unfortunately, pets are not welcome because I already have a dog living here. He is very friendly (maybe too friendly lol, he is so cute).

Move in May 1st and rent is non-negotiable.

I am currently a full time student in the last year of my degree. I am tidy and I enjoy serene environments so I try to keep my house as such. I live with my dog who is very friendly and I am looking for a housemate who ideally wants to rent short-term (May-Aug) . I would love to chat more over the phone.
