I am looking for an all-star FEMALE roommate for May 1 in the best spot in kitsilano- 10 min walk or less to the beaches, busses right outside the door and a wrap-around deck/patio for the summer! ideally looking for a psych grad student, as I am currently a psych grad student and looking for study buddies too

This is a 2 bedroom apartment that is fully furnished in common places (kitchen, living room) with an unfurnished bedroom available for rent (possible double bed may be available for use).

A 2 story apartment that has the living room, kitchen on the first floor (above street level) with 2nd floor to bedrooms and shared bathroom with tub. The 2nd floor also has a full sunroof in both bedrooms and bathroom- perfect for a self-care bubble bath on rainy days! I try to make it extra cozy with candles, incense/sage and greenery around the house.

Rent: $1400.00 via e-transfer

Hydro, wifi/cable and rental insurance: ~ $133/month via e-transfer
