This room is located in a two bedroom basement suite in a quite neighborhood in east van. Commerical Drive is just a few blocks away, bus stops are within a few minutes walk and there is street parking available. The room is small, but does fit queen sized bed with a bit of extra room, there is also a closet. Utilities and wifi are included with the rent, and the suite is pet friendly with a pet deposit. There is a full kitchen, full bathroom (Shared) as well as in suite laundry. The landlord’s do live upstairs with their children, so note that you will often be able to hear them running around.

Hi! My name is Stephanie, I’m in my late 20’s and I teach preschool. With my commute, I’m only really home for evenings during the week. I’m pretty easy going, and I dislike conflict so I try to keep communication open. I’m a big fan videogames, crafting, spooky movies, cooking and baking. I also love all animals, so feel free to bring your pets. I’m hoping to a roommate (Women’s, but I’ll consider men if the right candidate shows up) who maybe shares some of my hobbies and is also on the easy going side.
