I am looking for a mature person to share my beautiful 6 1/2 apartment with as of June 1st


About the Apartment- 
 100yo building in CDN. There is a large kitchen with gas stove where lots of great meals are cooked, 1.5 bathrooms,dining room, huge living room full of plants, terrace, big windows in every room, laundry in the building, elevator, and five min walk from Snowden.




What I am looking for- I am hoping to find a person who has good communication skills, who enjoys personal space, but also the occasional 5a7 on the terrace together, someone who will be respectful, shares similar beliefs and values.



This apartment is a rare beauty and a very special space :)

Rent is 850$ each, heating is included, gas, hydro and internet are extra.



No cops ;)

About me- I am 30yrs old, emotionally mature, libra, she/her, leftist and a Chef.
My career has turned me into a very clean and organized person so a tidy person is a must! I am currently working on building a start up and I still work my day job, so I work a lot. When I am home I enjoy cooking with a glass of wine, reading, vibing with w plants, working out and meditation.

Also a lovely cat named Nancy lives here and I would be open to another cat.
