Located at the Gibb St and Park Rd area, this spacious attic floor retreat (which is being rented for the cost of a single room) has a new queen size bed, large work desks, chair, and ample storage. You also have your own private washroom with shower, and a new fridge, High speed internet, WIFI, and Rogers XFinity T.V service is also included at no extra cost. The heating and A/C systems can be adjusted to your own preferences, as they are separate from the rest of the house. All utilities/bills are included in your rent. Smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher have been installed in the attic for your safety. A fully equipped (shared) modern kitchen and the (shared) use of the laundry machine ,dryer, and outside clothesline are also included in your rent. You can relax in the large backyard and use the BBQ if you wish. We ask that you not bring a microwave oven ,hotplate, portable oven, toaster oven, ( in compliance with the City Of Oshawa residential fire code regulations) into the attic, No smoking or vaping in the attic, or anywhere else on the property. We also ask that you do not cook fish or seafood as the owners are allergic to them. The homeowners have a cat, but pets are not allowed in your rental. Proof of income, first and last months rent of $1700 is required before moving in. This is a one person rental. Our house is in close proximity to a 24 hour Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws Superstore, Canadian Tire, Tim Horton’s, The Oshawa Center Mall, and a 10 minute drive to the Oshawa GO transit station,
