I have one bedroom and private bathroom available in a 4-floor 2-bedroom townhouse in Byward Market. The photos start in the available bedroom on the top floor (in it’s current, furnished form for reference). The rest of the place is furnished but there is space for additional furniture and decorative items if you have some you’d like to bring / incorporate. Note some of the pictures are of empty rooms (office, my room, basement) but they’ll be updated shortly.

Rent is $1,125 + $150-$200 per person for utilities (Hydro, Gas, Water & Sewage, Internet) on average (i.e., less in the summer and more in the winter dependent on gas fireplace use).

The place includes: a garage, an office space on the main floor (which would be shared with me on the 2 days a week I work from home), a balcony with a BBQ, laundry, a basement that currently acts as a spare bedroom (but can be used for other purposes), and a private bathroom right by your bedroom.
