I have one bedroom available in a 4-floor 2-bedroom townhouse in Byward Market.

Rent is $1,100 + $150-$200 per person for utilities (Hydro, Gas, Water & Sewage, Internet) on average (i.e., less in the summer and more in the winter dependent on gas fireplace use). The place is furnished (expect for your bedroom) but there is space for additional furniture and decorative items if you have some you’d like to bring / incorporate.

The place includes: a garage, an office space on the main floor (which would be shared with me), a balcony with a BBQ, laundry, a basement that currently acts as a spare bedroom (but can be used for other purposes), and a private bathroom right by your bedroom.
