I’m renting 2 bedrooms in a 4 bedroom house, with a shared bathroom, shared living room and kitchen. There is a large back deck and pool in the backyard. There is the cutest 2-year old cat living in the house and he is very friendly.

All utilities included (power, water, wifi, electrical) And an additional pool charge of $75 per month during summer months (fees can be divided throughout the months if preferred) to cover pool cleanings and chemicals)

50% damage deposit is required

I’m a 20 year old female, heading into my fourth year at SMU for anthropology. the other roomie is also a 20 year old female in SMU.
